Powers: One of the 5 water dragon soul carriers (Able to use water in any way she pleases) She is also able, do to her angel blood, To sprout angel wings from her back.
Background: At the age of 6 Tsuni's parents were killed by a crazed angel, just barely leaving Tsuni alive were she was later found by Lord Hui Shi, Who turned her into a vampire just in the last minutes before her death. Since then shes been in the 火災炎 (Fire Flame) clan, Which is the 2nd largest clan in her country. Right now she works as a Blood Keeper, (Like a money keeper) she lives in a vampire dorm.
